How do I place an order?
You can browse our website, select the items you want to buy, choose the size and color and click “Add to Cart”. After completing your shopping, click “Checkout” and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed and paid, we will start processing it immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at giabellaprz@gmail.com within 1 hour of order confirmation and we will do our best to assist you.
What is your shipping policy?
We provide standard shipping and expedited shipping services. The order processing time is 1-3 business days, and the delivery time depends on your location. Please refer to our shipping information page for details.
